My friends at Great Day Washington, (CBS) invited me back to do a fun and lively cooking segment featuring holiday recipes from my cookbook, “Modern Pressure Cooking” and using both my stovetop and electric pressure cookers. They said I’d be doing Cuban cuisine but I shared my black truffle risotto and bacon lovers’ Brussels sprouts recipes instead. We closed the segment with a lovely and delicious pistachio flan a lá mode!
