High-Intensity Interval Training are known for their effect allows me to maintain my health and fitness while working a busy professional career. I can create and perform a HIIT workout almost anywhere.

Pectorals, Latissimus Dorsi, Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes, Biceps, Triceps and Abdominals

Go at your own pace until you reach the top step

Movements

Plank + Pushup + Squat Combo

Useful Tips

  • Check with your physician before beginning any rigorous exercises
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Warm up before beginning workout and cool down afterwards
