Short on Time! Try my at-home HIIT leg-blaster. These effective and engaging moves can be completed anywhere on the go.  Get lean and toned legs in time for the summer!

Muscles Targeted: Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes, Abdominals


  • Pop Squats – 25 Reps
  • Side Squats – 25 Reps
  • Front Lunges – 25 Reps per leg
  • Finisher: Jump Squats – 25 Reps
  • Repeat 3x

Useful Tips:

  • Download a free Tabata Timer to track your intervals
  • Need 1 Elastic Mini Band
  • Warm up before beginning and cool down afterwards
