A Taste of Cuba
A taste of Cuba will introduce you to the rich history that makes up our cuisine, rooted in African, Spanish and French. The signature dish we’ll be featuring is a popular staple and one I grew up loving and cooking for my friends while in college (and still!). It’s beloved and super easy to make, especially in the pressure cooker. The best part: it takes only 30 minutes. It’s full of flavor, robust and a crowd pleaser. Served with Jasmine rice and sweet fried plantains on the side with an aromatic citrus glaze.

You get to eat all the same dishes we cook as well as the drinks while enjoying all the lovely people!
