CBS “Great Day Washington” Health & Wellness Segment on COVID-19 Safety

COVID-19 has drastically altered how we live for now. One of the areas of concern in mitigating and lessening the spread is grocery shopping. Grocery stores have implemented really great ways of social distancing.  However, high and concentrated attendance is still an issue. A lot of people, including myself, are still going regularly.

My friends at CBS “Great Day Washington” invited me via Skype to discuss safe ways to shop but also what kinds of foods we should be buying to reduce our trips to the store. I wanted to mention three other ingredients that are great for buying in bulk. Read my full list here. Please consider these tips and stay safe.

  1. Unfortunately, we are now waiting for a lot of negative events-a pandemic, floods, fires. There are things that we can’t influence, but we can prepare. I hear more and more about fatal cases of fire, many simply do not expect and were not prepared, and this can be critical. Every family, every building should have an evacuation plan in case of “if”, as well as evacuation chairs to quickly help your loved ones get out

  2. COVID-19 has influenced everybody’s life, and we all suffer from it, especially when you are a student, and have to do a lot of home assignments. Thanks to https://pickthewriter.com/ I found a few reliable services for my assignments, and now I have more free time, but I still wish this pandemic was over.

  3. Howdy! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog.
Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure
things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to start.
Do you have any points or suggestions? With thanks

  4. When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added-
checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails
with the same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from that service?
    Kudos!

  5. Oh my goodness! Awesome article dude! Thank you,
However I am experiencing troubles with your RSS. I don’t understand the reason why I can’t join it.
Is there anybody else getting the same RSS issues? Anybody who knows the answer
    can you kindly respond? Thanx!!

  6. Hi there fantastic blog! Does running a blog like this take a great deal of work?
I’ve very little expertise in programming however I was hoping to start
my own blog soon. Anyhow, if you have any ideas or tips for new blog owners
please share. I understand this is off subject but I just needed to ask.
    Thanks!

  7. Hello! Thank you for such an informative and useful article. I absolutely agree with this article because I think there are huge advantages to online business nowadays. Thanks to https://www.wiseessays.com/ I have more free time, but I still wish this pandemic was over.

  8. When the question arises, how often a man should go to a urologist, most likely we are talking about a urologist-andrologist.https://mediaonemarketing.com.sg/top-urologists-singapore/ . This is the same doctor as a gynecologist in women, visits to which should be regular. Just a urologist is engaged in the treatment of diseases of the genitourinary system, both in men and women. An andrologist is a narrower specialist who deals with the reproductive health of a man. So, men can turn to an andrologist or an andrologist-urologist. These are male doctors, who are compared to a gynecologist in women. Next, we will talk about how often to go to a urologist-andrologist or just an andrologist.
